5 Hours - Entry Level Training

Five hours of foundational training designed for new staff in home care organizations to excel.

  • Two Hours of orientation training regarding his or her role as a caregiver and the applicable terms of employment.

  • Three Hours of Safety Training, including Basic Safety Precautions, Emergency Procedures, and Infection Control.

5 Hours - Annual Training

Five hours of essential training to refresh knowledge and maintain compliance for existing staff members.

  • Clients Rights and Safety

  • How to Provide for, and Respond to, a Clients Daily Living Needs.

  • How to Report, Prevent, and Detect Abuse and Neglect.

  • How to Assist a Client with Personal Hygiene and Other Home Care Services.

  • If Transportation Services are Provided, How to Safely Transport a Client.

Comprehensive training programs tailored for home care organizations, enhancing skills and service quality.

  • 10 question quiz included at the end of every course.

  • 80% required to pass.

  • Certificate provided upon completion.

  • All courses designed by a San Diego based Registered Nurse with 15+ years of experience in the Home Care Industry.
