We’re excited to help you with your online training. Here’s a simple breakdown of what to expect when you sign up for our courses, so you know exactly how the process works.
Step 1: Submit Your Payment
Once you’ve selected the training course you’d like to purchase, you’ll complete your payment through our secure checkout process. After your payment is confirmed, we’ll prepare your access to the training. Please be sure to enter the Exact Name that you expect to be printed on each certificate.
Step 2:-1. Receive Your Invitation to Create a Login
Within 1-2 business days of your payment, you’ll receive an email invitation to create your login credentials for the training platform. Follow the instructions in the email to set up your account and access the course you’ve purchased. If you don’t see the email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@medellahealth.com.
Step 3: Start Your Training
Once you’ve logged in, you can begin your training right away! You’ll have access to all the materials and resources included in the course. Due to the audio and video components of our training courses; it is recommended that you are connected to WIFI while completing these courses. Our online training will be accessible through your cell phone, tablet, desktop or laptop computer for your convenience. If you are not able to complete the whole course during the first session, please make sure to click the "Back" button to save your progress before exiting the course.
Important Details to Understand
• No Refunds: Please note that all payments are final, and we do not offer refunds for our training courses. We encourage you to review the course details carefully before purchasing to ensure it’s the right fit for you.
• Time Limit to Complete the Course: To ensure the best experience for everyone, we ask that you complete your training within 30 days of receiving your login credentials. This helps us keep your training focused and effective. If you do not complete the course within 30 days, your access may be deactivated, and you’ll need to contact us to discuss next steps.
